Setting
1- Shall I not inform you who the best witness is? He is the one who gives his testimony before he is asked for it
2- The testimony of a Bedouin against a city dweller is not permissible
3- The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) issued judgments based on an oath and a witness
