Setting
1- The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited Shighār marriage
2- The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited the fixed term marriage on the Day of Khaybar and eating the flesh of domestic donkeys
3- The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) allowed temporary marriage for three nights in the year of the battle of Awtās, then he forbade it
