Abu Bakr as-Siddīq (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: When we were in the cave, I saw the feet of the polytheists as I raised my head, and I said: O Messenger of Allah, if one of them looked below his feet, he would see us. Explanation

The Commander of the Believers, Abu Bakr as-Siddīq (may Allah be pleased with him), said during the time of migration: I looked at the feet of the polytheists standing above us at the entrance of Cave Thawr while we were inside, and I said: O Messenger of Allah, if one of them were to look at his feet, he would see us beneath him. He replied: O Abu Bakr, what do you think of the two when Allah is their third, granting them victory, aid, protection, and support?!

A reminder that whoever places his trust in Allah, He will suffice him, grant him victory, aid him, safeguard him, and protect him.

Perfection of the Prophet's reliance on his Lord, as he depended on Him and entrusted all his affairs to Him.
