Ma‘qil ibn Yasār (may Allah be pleased him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Worship in times of chaos and killing is like migration towards me."

This Hadīth contains guidance clarifying that the one who stays away from the places of tribulations, killing, chaos and corruption of the religion, and focuses on worship of Allah and holding firm to the Sunnah of the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) then he will receive the same reward as someone who made migration to Prophet Muhammad (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him).Categories
