Setting
1- Avoid what I have forbidden you from; and do as much as you can, of what I have ordered you. Indeed, those before you were ruined because of their excessive questioning and disagreeing with their prophets
2- The story of the boy with the king, the sorcerer, and the monk
3- The spoils of war were not made lawful for any people before us, then Allah made the spoils of war lawful for us when He saw our weakness and helplessness, so He made them lawful for us
4- There were three (men) from the Children of Israel: a leper, a bald-headed, and a blind. Allah wanted to test them, so He sent to them an angel
5- None spoke in the cradle, except three
6- While the mother of Isma‘īl was breastfeeding her son Isma‘īl, Ibrahīm brought them to a place near the House; under a tree on the spot of Zamzam and the highest place in the Mosque. During those days there was nobody in Makkah nor was there any water
7- A man said: Indeed, I will give in charity. So he took his charity out and placed it in a thief's hand. Next morning, people were saying: Charity was given to a thief
8- While three persons were walking, rain began to fall and they had to enter a cave in a mountain. A (big) rock rolled over (and blocked the mouth of the cave)
9- The Children of Israel were ruled by the prophets; whenever a prophet passed away, another would succeed him. Verily, there will be no prophet after me, but there will be many caliphs
