Setting

2- When any of you performs ablution, let him sniff water in his nose and then blow it out. Whoever cleans his private parts with stones, let him do so with an odd number of stones
3- Do not keep the fire burning in your homes when you go to bed
4- When the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) went to bed every night, he would join his palms together and blow into them and recite the Surahs al-Ikhlās, al-Falaq, and an-Nās,

I seek refuge in You from the evil of my own self and from the evil of the devil and the evil of polytheism to which he calls.
6- This fire is your enemy, so put it out before going to bed
7- When the Messenger of Allah wanted to sleep, he would put his right hand under his cheek, and then say: O Allah, safeguard me from Your torment on the day You resurrect Your slaves
