1- Verily, the reward of deeds depends on intentions, and each person will be rewarded according to what he intended

2- Verily, the lawful is clear, and the unlawful is clear

3- tell me something about Islam regarding which I can ask none but you. He (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Say: I believe in Allah, then remain steadfast

4- Purity is half of faith, al-hamdulillāh (praise be to Allah) fills the Scale, and subhānallāh wa al-hamdulillāh (glory and praise be to Allah) fills what is between the heavens and the earth

5- None of you (truly) believes until his personal desire complies with what I have come with

6- “There are four (traits); whoever has them is a sheer hypocrite, and whoever has one trait of them has one of the traits of hypocrisy until he gives it up: whenever he speaks, he tells a lie; whenever he makes a covenant, he proves treacherous; whenever he makes a promise, he breaks it; and whenever he is in a dispute, he behaves in a shameless immoral manner

7- Righteousness is good character, and sin is what wavers in your heart, and you dislike that people know about it

8- Shall I inform you of the gravest of the major sins?

9- The major sins are associating partners with Allah, undutifulness to parents, murder, and intentional false oath

10- “Avoid the seven destructive sins

11- I am the One Who is most free from want of partners. So, he who does something for the sake of someone else beside Me, I discard him and his polytheism.'

12- certainly admit him into Paradise, regardless of the deeds which he has done

13- Whoever meets Allah without associating partners with Him will enter Paradise, and whoever meets Him while associating partners with Him will enter Hellfire

14- Whoever gives me a guarantee to safeguard what is between his jaws and what is between his legs, I will guarantee him Paradise

15- Paradise is nearer to one of you than his shoelaces, and so is Hellfire

16- Hellfire is surrounded by lusts, and Paradise is surrounded by adversities

17- When two Muslims meet to fight each other with their swords, both the killer and the killed are doomed to Hellfire

18- Verily, the lawful is clear, and the unlawful is clear

19- Indeed, Allah does not look at your appearance and wealth, but He looks at your hearts and deeds.”

20- Verily, the reward of deeds depends on the intentions, and each person will be rewarded according to what he intended

21- Some people dispose of Allah's property wrongfully. For them will be Hellfire on the Day of Judgment

22- All human beings are sinners, and the best of the sinners are the frequent repenters

23- The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about the foremost deed that leads people to Paradise, and he replied: "Fear of Allah and good character

24- I am not leaving behind a more harmful trial for men than women

25- None of you truly believes until I become dearer to him than his father, his children, and all people

26- Whoever is attached to something will be entrusted to that thing

29- When Allah created Paradise and Hellfire, He sent Jibrīl (Gabriel) (peace be upon him)

30- They are being tormented, but they are not tormented for a major sin. One of them would not save himself from being soiled with his urine, while the other used to walk about spreading malicious gossip

31- Life in this world is sweet and green, and indeed, Allah has made you successors there to see how you will behave. So, be cautious of this world and be cautious of women

32- A man asked the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him): "When is the Hour?" He said: "What have you prepared for it?

33- Verily, the example of the righteous companion and the evil companion is like that of the carrier of the musk and the blower of the bellows

34- The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) would often say: "O Turner of the hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion

35- Whoever sincerely asks Allah for martyrdom, Allah will make him reach the status of martyrs even if he dies on his bed

36- The believer, man or woman, will continue to be tested concerning his or her self, children, and property until they meet Allah without any sins in their record

37- How astonishing the believer's affair is! Indeed, all of his affairs are good, and this is for none but the believer

38- Shall I tell you what I fear more for you than the Antichrist? They said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah. He said: Hidden polytheism; when a man gets up to pray and improves his prayer because he sees another man watching him

39- 'A man will be brought on the Day of Resurrection and thrown into Hellfire, and his intestines will slip out and he will go around by them like a donkey goes around a millstone

40- This is a stone that was thrown into Hellfire seventy years ago and it was falling into Hellfire until it reached its bottom

41- I was with Sa‘īd ibn Jubayr when he said: Who among you saw a shooting star last night? I said: It was I. Then I said: In fact, I was not (busy) in prayer, but I was stung by a scorpion

42- There is no contagion, nor is there any evil omen in birds, nor is there any evil omen in the owl, nor is there any evil omen in Safar, and run away from the leper as you would run away from the lion

43- No soul gets killed wrongfully without the first son of Adam taking guilt for its blood because he was the first to institute the practice of murder

44- I said: O Messenger of Allah, what is salvation? He said: "Control your tongue, abide in your house, and weep over your sin

45- In Paradise, there are one hundred degrees that Allah prepared for those who make Jihad in the cause of Allah. The distance between each two degrees is like the distance between the heaven and earth

46- Were this world worth a wing of a mosquito in the sight of Allah, He would not have given the disbeliever a drink of water thereof

47- Two eyes will not be touched by the Fire: an eye which has wept out of fear of Allah, and an eye which has spent the night guarding in the cause of Allah

48- Every Ummah has a trial, and the trial of my Ummah is wealth

49- All of my Ummah may be forgiven except those who commit sin openly

50- Let none of you die except while having good expectations of Allah

51- If I had gold equal to the mountain of Uhud, it would please me that I should have nothing left of it with me after the passage of three nights, except what I might retain to repay a debt

52- This world in comparison with the Hereafter is like the amount of water one of you gets when he dips his finger in the sea. Let him see what his finger returns with

53- Verily, among the things I fear the most for you after me is the splendor and adornment of this worldly life when they become plentifully available to you

54- Anyone spends a pair in the way of Allah will be called from the gates of Paradise: O slave of Allah, this is good! So, whoever was from the people of prayer will be called from the gate of prayer; whoever was from the people of Jihad will be called from the gate of Jihad

55- The least tortured among the dwellers of Hellfire is a person who has two shoes and two shoelaces made of fire that will cause his brain to boil as a boiling cauldron. He thinks that none is more severely tortured than him, although he is the least tortured among them

56- The dead person is followed by three: His family, his wealth and his deeds. Then two of them come back: His family and his wealth, and there remain only his deeds

57- Righteousness is good morals, and sinfulness is what your heart is not at ease with, and you hate that people know about it

58- Allah is happier with the repentance of His slave than one of you is with finding his riding camel after having lost it in a desert

59- Allah, Blessed and Exalted, accepts the slave's repentance as long as the death rattle has not yet reached his throat

60- Verily, Allah Almighty extends His Hand during the night so the sinner of the day may repent, and He extends His Hand during the day so the sinner of the night may repent until the sun rises from its west

61- Be in this world as if you are a stranger or a wayfarer

62- Whoever repents before the sun rises from the west, Allah will accept his repentance

63- Shall I not inform of whom Hellfire is forbidden for? Or he is forbidden for Hellfire? It is forbidden for someone who is accessible, lenient, tender, and easy to get along with

64- The one who is afraid (of the pillage of the enemy) sets out in the early part of the night, and the one who sets out early will reach his destination. Verily, the commodity of Allah is precious. Verily, the commodity of Allah is Paradise

65- Among them are those whom the fire will reach up to their ankles, others up to their knees, others up to their waists, and others up to their collarbones

66- O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I shall forgive you

67- Hellfire will be brought on that Day with seventy thousand bridles; and with each bridle, there will be seventy thousand angels pulling it

68- The strong believer is better and dearer to Allah than the weak believer, and there is good in both

69- The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about the foremost deed that leads people to Paradise, and he replied: Fear of Allah and good character. Then, he was asked about the most things that lead people into Hellfire, and he said: The tongue and the private parts

70- Shall I tell you what ‘ada is? It is calumny which is committed among the people

71- Wretched is the slave of the dinar! Wretched is the slave of the dirham! Wretched is the slave of Khamīsah! Wretched is the slave of velvet! If given, he is pleased, but if not, he is displeased. May he be wretched and may he relapse, and if he is pierced with a thorn, may he not find anyone to take it out for him

72- Three will not enter Paradise: the habitual drinker of alcohol, the one who severs the ties of kinship, and the one who believes in sorcery‎

73- Soon there will come a time when the best property of a Muslim will be sheep that he will take to the mountaintops

74- The Sirāt will be placed over the center of Hell, covered with thorns similar to the thorns of the Sa‘dān. Then, people will pass over it; some will be safe without any harm, some will be safe after receiving some scratches, and some will fall down into Hell

75- A caller will call out: You will be healthy and never fall ill; you will live and never die; you will be young and never grow old; you will live in comfort and never suffer

76- Allah Almighty will say to the dwellers of Paradise: 'O people of Paradise!' They will reply: 'O our Lord, we present ourselves and are at Your pleasure.' He will say: ‘Are you contented?’ They will say: 'How could we not be contented, O Lord, when You have given us what You have not given to any of Your creation?'

77- When the dwellers of Paradise enter Paradise, he said: Allah Almighty will say: Do you want Me to give you anything more?

78- The dwellers of Paradise will look at the dwellers of the lofty chambers above them in the same way that you look at a shining star far away on the horizon, in the East or in the West, due to their superiority over one another

79- A place in Paradise as small as a bow is better than all that upon which the sun rises and sets

80- The son of Adam has been destined his share of fornication, which he will inevitably acquire. The eyes fornicate by looking, the ears fornicate by listening, the tongue fornicates by speaking, the hand fornicates by hitting, the foot fornicates by stepping. The heart loves and wishes. The genitals prove or disapprove that

81- There are two types of the dwellers of Hellfire whom I have not seen: people with whips like the tails of cows with which they beat people, and women who will be dressed yet naked, inviting to evil, and they themselves are inclined to it

82- The bell is the musical instrument of the Satan

83- O womenfolk, give charity, for indeed, I was shown that you form the majority of the dwellers of Hellfire." They said: Why is that, O Messenger of Allah? He said: "You curse frequently, and you are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone deficient in intellect and religion more able to lead and subdue the mind of a stern man than one of you

84- I know the last of the inhabitants of Hell to come out of it, and the last of the inhabitants of Paradise to enter it. He is a man who will emerge from Hellfire crawling, and Allah, the Almighty, will say to him: Go and enter Paradise. When he arrives, it will appear to him that it is full. He will say: O Lord, I have found it full

85- Do you find any difficulty in seeing the sun at noon when there are no clouds? They said: No. He again said: Do you find any difficulty in seeing the moon during the fourteenth night when there are no clouds?

86- You will eagerly seek out a position of authority, but it will be a source of regret on the Day of Judgment. How excellent is the wet nurse, and how evil is the weaning one

87- The Hour will not be established until a man would pass by the grave of another man and say: 'I wish I were in his place.'

88- Death will be brought forward in the shape of a black and white ram

89- Your fire is a one-seventieth part of Hellfire

90- Do not seek knowledge in order to show off in front of the scholars, or to argue with the foolish;

91- Allah has given a parable: a straight path

92- If you see those who follow the ambiguous verses, they are those whom Allah has named; so, beware of them

93- There is no man who commits a sin, then gets up and performs Tahārah (ritual purification), then performs prayer, then seeks forgiveness from Allah, except that Allah forgives him

94- The extent to which they betrayed you, disobeyed you, and lied to you will be measured against how much you punish them

95- {Then, on that Day, you will definitely be questioned about your worldly pleasures.}

96- “There are four (traits); whoever has them is a sheer hypocrite, and whoever has one trait of them has one of the traits of hypocrisy until he gives it up: whenever he speaks, he tells a lie; whenever he makes a covenant, he proves treacherous; whenever he makes a promise, he breaks it; and whenever he is in a dispute, he behaves in a shameless immoral manner

97- The heart of an elderly person remains young in two things: in the love of this world and long hopes

98- Remember the destroyer of pleasures frequently," meaning death

99- The trials are presented to the hearts, like a reed mat, stick by stick

100- A man will go to sleep and honesty will be taken out of his heart and only a trace of it will remain, like the trace of a dark spot. And a man will go to sleep again and the honesty will decrease further still, so its trace will resemble that of a blister.
