1- Verily, the reward of deeds depends on intentions, and each person will be rewarded according to what he intended

2- Verily, the lawful is clear, and the unlawful is clear

3- O people, indeed, Allah is good and does not accept except what is good. Indeed, Allah has commanded the believers with what he commanded the messengers

4- None of you believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself

5- Indeed, Allah has enjoined Ihsān (kindness/excellence) in all things

6- Verily, some of what reached people from the speech of the early prophets: If you feel no shame, then do whatever you wish

7- tell me something about Islam regarding which I can ask none but you. He (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Say: I believe in Allah, then remain steadfast

8- Purity is half of faith, al-hamdulillāh (praise be to Allah) fills the Scale, and subhānallāh wa al-hamdulillāh (glory and praise be to Allah) fills what is between the heavens and the earth

9- None of you (truly) believes until his personal desire complies with what I have come with

10- “There are four (traits); whoever has them is a sheer hypocrite, and whoever has one trait of them has one of the traits of hypocrisy until he gives it up: whenever he speaks, he tells a lie; whenever he makes a covenant, he proves treacherous; whenever he makes a promise, he breaks it; and whenever he is in a dispute, he behaves in a shameless immoral manner

11- If only you relied on Allah the way you should, He would provide for you as He provides for birds; they set out hungry in the morning and return satiated in the evening

12- Righteousness is good character, and sin is what wavers in your heart, and you dislike that people know about it

13- Keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah

14- Shall I inform you of the gravest of the major sins?

15- When a man loves his brother, he should tell him that he loves him

16- The major sins are associating partners with Allah, undutifulness to parents, murder, and intentional false oath

17- The one who looks after a widow or a needy person is like one who performs Jihad in the cause of Allah, or one who regularly observes voluntary prayer at night and fasting during the day

18- “Avoid the seven destructive sins

19- I am the One Who is most free from want of partners. So, he who does something for the sake of someone else beside Me, I discard him and his polytheism.'

20- Do not turn your houses like graves, and do not take my grave a place for celebration, and invoke (Allah's) blessings upon me, for your invoking of Allah's blessings upon me will reach me wherever you may be

21- certainly admit him into Paradise, regardless of the deeds which he has done

22- Whoever meets Allah without associating partners with Him will enter Paradise, and whoever meets Him while associating partners with Him will enter Hellfire

23- Whoever gives me a guarantee to safeguard what is between his jaws and what is between his legs, I will guarantee him Paradise

24- The best dhikr is lā ilāha illa Allah (there is no god but Allah), and the best supplication is Alhamdulillah (praise be to Allah)

25- Paradise is nearer to one of you than his shoelaces, and so is Hellfire

26- The five (daily) prayers, Friday prayer to the next Friday prayer, and Ramadan to the next Ramadan are expiation of the sins committed between them, so long as major sins are avoided

27- No fatigue, disease, sorrow, sadness, harm, or distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were a prick of a thorn, but Allah will expiate some of his sins thereby

28- Hellfire is surrounded by lusts, and Paradise is surrounded by adversities

29- A Muslim owes another Muslim five rights: returning the greeting of peace, visiting the sick, following the funeral processions, accepting invitations, and saying tashmīt (yarhamuk Allah) (may Allah show mercy to you) to the person who sneezes

30- May Allah have mercy on a man who is lenient when he sells, when he buys, and when he asks for repayment of the debt

31- There was a man who used to give loans to people. He would say to his servant: ‘When you come to an insolvent person, overlook his debt; perhaps Allah would overlook our sins.’

32- Whoever goes out to seek knowledge is in the cause of Allah until he returns

33- Fear Allah wherever you are; follow a bad deed with a good deed and it will erase it; and treat people with good morals

34- When two Muslims meet to fight each other with their swords, both the killer and the killed are doomed to Hellfire

35- Verily, the lawful is clear, and the unlawful is clear

36- Verily, Allah has enjoined kindness in all things

37- Indeed, Allah does not look at your appearance and wealth, but He looks at your hearts and deeds.”

38- Verily, the reward of deeds depends on the intentions, and each person will be rewarded according to what he intended

39- Do not get angry

40- If only you rely upon Allah the way you should, He will provide for you as He provides for birds: They set out hungry in the morning and return with full bellies in the evening

41- A servant committed a sin and said: 'O Allah, forgive my sin

42- Those who act justly will be with Allah on pulpits of light at the right Hand of the Most Compassionate, Exalted be He, and both His Hands are right

43- He who is deprived of gentleness is deprived of goodness

44- Do you know what backbiting is?" They said: "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said: "It is to say of your brother what he dislikes

45- Some people dispose of Allah's property wrongfully. For them will be Hellfire on the Day of Judgment

46- Beware of false thought, for false thought is the most untruth speech

47- All human beings are sinners, and the best of the sinners are the frequent repenters

48- Every act of goodness is charity

49- Do not belittle any good deed, even if it be meeting your brother with a cheerful face

50- The strong man is not the one who can overpower others; rather, the strong man is the one who controls himself when he is angry

51- Whoever guides to a good deed will get the same reward as the doer of that deed

52- Do not curse the dead, for they have reached the result of what they have done

53- It is unlawful for a Muslim to desert his fellow Muslim for more than three nights. As they meet, both of them turn their backs on each other. But the best of them is the one who starts by greeting the other

54- The one who severs the ties of kinship will not enter Paradise

55- A scandalmonger will not enter Paradise

56- Whoever loves to have his sustenance expanded and his term of life prolonged should maintain his kinship ties

57- The nearest a slave to his Lord is while he is prostrating, so increase supplication

58- Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should say what is good or keep silent

59- Whoever does not show mercy to people, Allah Almighty does not show mercy to him

60- The most hated person in the sight of Allah is the most quarrelsome person

61- The most beloved speech to Allah are four: subhān Allah (glory be Allah), al-hamdulillāh (praise be to Allah), la ilāha illa Allah (there is no god but Allah), and Allāhu akbar (Allah is the Most Great), and it does not matter which one of them you start with

62- The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about the foremost deed that leads people to Paradise, and he replied: "Fear of Allah and good character

63- Modesty is part of faith

64- Supplication is worship

65- Adhere to truthfulness, for truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise

66- There are two words that are light on the tongue, heavy on the scale, and dear to the Most Merciful

67- Nothing is more honorable in the sight of Allah Almighty than supplication

68- Whoever protects the honor of his brother in his absence, Allah will protect his face from the Fire on the Day of Judgment

69- Whoever says ‘subhān Allah wa bihamdih (glory be to Allah, and praise be to Him)’ one hundred times a day, his sins will be erased, even if they were as much as the foam of the sea

70- Whoever says ten times

71- When Allah intends good for someone, He grants him the understanding of the religion

72- Verily, Allah loves the servant who is pious, free of wants, and inconspicuous

73- The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) would not refuse a gift of perfume

74- The most perfect believer in terms of his faith is the one who has the most excellent manners, and the best of you are those who are best to their womenfolk

75- Verily, lenience is not found in anything but it adorns it, and it is not removed from anything but it makes it defective

76- Allah is pleased with one who eats some food and praises Him for it, or drinks some drink and praises Him for it

77- Verily, a believer can attain, by his good manners, the rank of one who fasts and prays often

78- Verily, the best of you are those who have the best manners

79- Verily, Allah gives respite to the oppressor, but when He seizes him, He does not release him

80- I am not leaving behind a more harmful trial for men than women

81- Make matters easy and do not make them difficult, and give people glad tidings and do not drive them away

82- Whoever alights somewhere and then says: '‘A‘ūdhu bi kalimātillāh at-tāmmāti min sharri ma khalaq (I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created)', nothing will harm him until he leaves that place

83- None of you truly believes until I become dearer to him than his father, his children, and all people

84- To say 'subhān Allah wa al-hamdulillāh wa lā ilāha illa Allah wa Allāhu akbar (Glory be to Allah, praise be to Allah, there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Most Great)' is more beloved to me than everything upon which the sun rises

85- Whoever recites the last two verses of Sūrat al-Baqarah at a night, they will suffice him

86- Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah will be credited with a good deed for it, and a good deed is multiplied tenfold

87- Whoever is attached to something will be entrusted to that thing

88- Those who are merciful are shown mercy by the Most Merciful. Be merciful to the inhabitants of earth and the One in the heaven will be merciful to you

89- The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) forbade qaza‘ (shaving part of one's head and leaving other parts unshaven)

90- We were with ‘Umar, and he said: "We were forbidden from the affectation

91- There is no one who bears witness that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger, sincerely from his heart, except that Allah will make him forbidden to Hellfire

92- O boy, mention Allah's name, eat with your right hand, and eat from what is nearer to you

93- If anyone of you eats, let him eat with his right hand, and if he drinks, let him drink with his right hand, for indeed the devil eats with his left hand and drinks with his left hand

94- Purity is half of faith, al-hamdulillāh (praise be to Allah) fills the Scale, and subhān Allah wa al-hamdulillāh (glory and praise be to Allah) fills what is between the heavens and the earth

95- Allah's right upon His servants is that they should worship Him and associate no partners with Him. And the right of the servants upon Allah is that He should not punish whoever associates no partners with Him

96- Whoever dies while not associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise, and whoever dies while associating anything with Allah will enter Hellfire

97- tell me something about Islam regarding which I can ask none but you. He (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Say: I believe in Allah, then remain steadfast

98- Indeed, Allah will distinguish a man from my Ummah before all of creation on the Day of Judgment

99- When Allah created Paradise and Hellfire, He sent Jibrīl (Gabriel) (peace be upon him)

100- I advise you to fear Allah and to hear and obey, even if an Abyssinian slave. You will see after me great discord. So, hold fast to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the rightly guided Caliphs
